It is mainly used as the third monomer in the process of wet polyacrylonitrile.Terpolymer of sodium methyl acryl sulfonate-N,N-dimethylacrylamide-acrylamide(SMAS-DMAM-AM)was synthesized by terpolymerization in aqueous solution. It can improve the dyeability,heat resistance,sense of touch and easily weaving of the polyacrylonitrile.Also it can be used on water treatment paint additive industries.
